This unpretentious Country Inn is nestled in a beautiful panorama of cliffs, woods and water. Located on the East Coast of Nova Scotia where the Salmon River meets the Ocean, the cozy Inn has seven comfortable guest rooms in the main building plus a comfy cottage nearby. Two "Guest Houses" located close to Martinique and Clam Harbour Beaches fill out the complement of 12 rooms in total. Ideally situated on the edge of the wilderness yet only 45 minutes fom the City of Halifax or Halifax International Airport. The Lobster Shack Restaurant located on the premises is renowned for succulent lobster dishes, great char-broiled steaks and a variety of delicious seafood and non-seafood delights all served up in a relaxed fishing shack atmosphere on our superb dining deck just a few feet from the salt water. Rooms and meals are first class but moderately priced. |
