At the end of a quiet street adjacent to historic Butler's Burying Grounds conservation area.

Large white Georgian style home with old-fashioned wickered front porch and back porches with sunny gazebo.

Three lovely rooms (two of which are two bedroom suites).

Private lounge area with large fireplace, 27" colour television, sofas and wing back chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. Air Conditioned, pet free and smoke free.

Georgia Suite with queen-bedded antique bed, fireplace, private television room, private bathroom with corner whirlpool tub and skylight, second separate bedroom with two oversize double beds.

Jack and Jill "family" suite - perfect for two couples or families. One room with queen-size brass bed and private ensuite bathroom. One room with queen-size brass bed, connecting full bathroom with "claw foot tub", connecting room with double sleigh bed.
