Fabulous birdwatching from our gazebo, wild goldfinch, hummingbirds galore, nuthatch, purple finches, evening grossbeaks, robins, summer nesting grounds of Great Blue Heron, paleated woodpeckers, hairy and downy woodpecker very common. Larel Marsh has excellent birdwatching trails plus we are on many lakes so we see many common water birds including loons and gulls.

We have extensive english country gardens, screened gazebo for outdoor enjoyment and dining amongst the flower gardens water garden with own eco system, frogs galore, lilies, cactus bed, rubekia, shasta daisy, delphenium, foxglove by the drifts, bergomot, hosts beds, sunflower field, poppies galore, wildflowers, rododendrums, to view our gardens www.hummingbirdhill.ca many container gardens-a garden on approx one acre plus which will take your breath away-an oasis -many sitting areas threw out the garden, wicker love seats, twig furniture, arbours, outdoor hottub a picture everywhere you look. Many varieties of clematis - and we share when it is the right time of year we allow our guests to dig and take home plants that we have plenty of.
