LOCATION

Bayswater Point Lodge is situated on the shores of the Auckland Harbour, over looking downtown Auckland.

DESCRIPTION

The Lodge has has a 180 degree view, which extends from Rangitoto Island to the Auckland Harbour Bridge, overlooking the bustling Port of Auckland and the drama of the Americas Cup Base and village.

There is a ferry service to Auckland City from Bayswater Marina which takes 5 minutes to cross the Harbour and it is a five minute walk to the ferry from the Lodge.

Bayswater Point Lodge offers luxury bed & breakfast accommodation and is a blend between the old world splendour of a stately English home and the spacious charm of the Cape Cod tradition.

DESCRIPTION

All rooms have their own fully tiled and modern en-suite bathrooms and one with its own traditional claw-foot bath.
Two have their own doors opening up on to the large balcony.
Two bedrooms are named, appropriately, after the volcanic cones of Auckland, visible from each suite, one Norwood after the leafy Norwood road, and the other after Ngtaringa Bay, which it overlooks.
All rooms have cotton sheets, with Egyptian cotton towels.
All bathrooms have heated towel rails, and soap, shampoo, conditioner, lavander handcreams, etc., are all complimentary.
Luxurious embossed bath robes are standard in all suites.

We live on the shores of the Waitemata Harbour and we have lots of birds feeding off the shell fish, etc. We also get lots of native birds, like Tui and Bell Birds.
